This morning at 5:02 EST, with a silver slice of Sister Moon Shining brightly, Brother Sun stopped and stood completely still momentarily directly over the Tropic of Capricorn south of the equator. At that moment we welcomed this year’s Winter Solstice. Brother Sun now begins his long journey back to the north.
Here at Falling Rock, The Winter Green Man was moved to the top and all the bird feeders were filled and special treats were placed where our little feathered friends could find them easily this morning. Happy Winter Solstice and welcome to Christmas week!
