That is exactly what I want from former FBI director Robert Mueller who was appointed to be the special counsel to oversee the investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election and the possibility of collusion between Russia and President Trump’s campaign.
I want a quiet, dispassionate, dogged, investigator that follows the evidence to wherever it leads and let’s the truth, whatever that may be, bear out.
What we don’t need is all the commentators and pundits skirmishing over it the whole time.
Let the man do his work… If something illegal was done, we’ll know. If it ends up nothing illegal happened, we’ll know.
