What I know now…

Sitting here in the last few hours of my 55th year, here’s what I know now that maybe I didn’t a year ago… (1) I may never make everyone happy, but I have a real knack for piss’n everyone off.  (2) I’m not the man I once was, so there’s still a chance I might become the man I hope to be.  (3) I just have to get back up the same number of times times I fall down to stay in the race.  (4) Like a good bonfire, real love gives off more warmth than light. (5) My relationship with God is my relationship with God.  I pray you get one for yourself. (6) Its very easy to remember what’s important when your child is sick.  That’s what I know now… Happy Thanksgiving.  May God bless all my dear friends.  And remember; be thankful!
